B.E. Technician (Business Equipment)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Knowledge in basic electronics and have technical understanding.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform multi tasking.
• Keen on details results oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in troubleshooting and repairing of electronics and BUSINESS EQUIPMENT PRODUCTS.
• Perform other jobs as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
• Troubleshooting and repair of Business equipment products (e.g. computer, scanners, printers, photocopiers etc.)
• Diagnose and troubleshot related problems.
• Fill-out job cards and prepare/submit all necessary documents to the supervisor upon completion of a job.
• Report any occurring problem encountered during job execution to the Supervisor.
• Respond to customer concerns/inquiries.
• Facilitate &collect customer feedback form & submit the same to the Supervisor immediately upon completion of a job.
• Get update the technical & soft skills to upgrade the current knowledge Technical, Non Tech
