HEAD SALAD CHEF

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred in this role
• Minimum three (3) years of cold food production experience in full service or institutional food service environment
• Basic Food Hygiene & HACCP
• Knowledge, Certificate in Food Safety CIEH Level 3
• 3 years’ experience in food or culinary services, restaurants, hotels, catering service etc.
• Knowledge of cost and stock control.
• Knowledge in hygiene standards and health and safety regulation
• Knowledge of spoken & written English

Requirements:

• Updated Resume with detailed job description
• Verifiable Employment Certificates
• Training Certificates/TESDA NC II or equivalent
