GUEST RELATION OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Previous experience of a minimum of 2 years in hospitality is essential.
• Experience as a Guest Relations Officer or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite
• Proficiency in English; Multilingual abilities are an advantage
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards are required.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standard are required.
