COMMIS I

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• College under graduate – culinary

Responsibilities:

• Receive deliveries and ensure that food items are stored, handled and consumed in a manner as briefed/guided by senior
• Manage individual products and activities within his/her allocated area in order to deliver as trained and guided by senior
• Always maintain high standard of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen
