Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Computer and accounting software proficiency

Responsibilities:

• To prepare financial reports to track the organisations assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and other related financial activities.
• Preparing financial reports; provide supporting documents for audit. Protects organisations value by keeping information confidential
• Producing monthly reports. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions in ERP System (Onyx)
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Preparing Invoices for 100% completed work and advance payment and recording of payments received from customers.
• Receiving and recording for vendor parables and scheduling of payments
• To prepare the yearly Budget Plan to ensure control of costs.
• Preparing Tax Returns Quarterly (Input & Output Tax)

Requirements:
