QC INSPECTOR PIPING / WELDING

Qualifications

  • Male Applicants
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience
  • Inspection experience Mechanical Piping / Welding.
  • Related Oil & Gas maintenance/Shutdown, Turnaround is a Must. CSWIP Certified.

Responsibilities

  • Issuing welding tickets to company workers.
  • Checking welding specifications for a job.
  • Ensuring the correct equipment and materials are being used for a weld.
  • Assessing the quality and strength of completed welds.
  • Review piping and mechanical work-pack Documentation Requirements for Installation, Fabrication, Testing and Inspection to ensure that all the verifications have been carried out and the appropriate check list been completed and signed off properly
  • Coordinate and inspect the piping mechanical arrangement and alignment are in line with the design parameters definition requirements.
  • Monitor the final visual and dimensional checks of completed piping systems
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
  • Ensuring welders adhere to state health and safety regulations.
  • Generating new welding techniques
