Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• With Driving License

Responsibilities

• Analyze HVAC, plumbing, renewable energy, and mechanical building management systems to ensure efficiency.
• Apply knowledge of mechanical engineering theory and ASHRAE guidelines to project planning.
• Formulate cost-effective plans for mechanical works, directing their execution and installation.
• Prepare references and shop drawings to guide mechanical construction, ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.
• Oversee testing, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
• Company vehicle will be provided to use on the job, as needed.
