Qualifications

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Experience working within the steel fabrication industry is needed for this role.
• Should understand the basic operations in Production, and determining or pinpointing
• Should have confidence and should be able to exude confidence always.
• Should be able to work in a team while also having the ability to work alone
• Good mathematical and statistical skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs regular check quantity of material from the store received as per material issued to ensure what is required
• Check the quantity of parts cut from the cutting section for each project
• Check quantity and hand over the parts to the fabrication section as per the material list of the Project
• Check & follows every project process to handover section by process
• Check as per the requirement of drawing issued from the Engineering.
• Check quantity from every project process requirements (cutting, fabrication, bending, rolling, welding, shot blasting, painting, & Galvanizing).
• Check before handover final finished product quantity based on shipping list to logistic.
• Coordinate with Production supervisors and foremen to ensure accountability for all requirement of projects.
• Keeps & maintain records on computerized system and report on Daily basis.
