Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications and training in mobile app development are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a mobile app developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile apps you’ve developed for iOS and/or Android platforms.
  • Proficiency in mobile app development languages and frameworks, such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
  • Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies, including MVC, MVVM, and Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience with mobile app UI/UX design principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and usability
  • Familiarity with backend technologies and web development concepts, such as RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and web services integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues in mobile app development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms using programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin. Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure
  • UI/UX Design: Collaborate with designers and product managers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Implement UI/UX design concepts, wireframes
  • Cross-Platform Development: Explore cross-platform development frameworks and tools, such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin, to build mobile apps that can run on multiple platforms with shared codebase and native-like performance.
  • API Integration: Integrate with backend APIs, web services, and third-party libraries to enable features such as data synchronization, user authentication, push notifications, and in-app purchases. Ensure seamless communication between the mobile app
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of mobile apps to identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and compatibility issues across different devices and OS versions. Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing
  • Version Control and Collaboration: Utilize version control systems such as Git to manage source code, track changes, and collaborate with team members on code reviews, feature branches, and merge requests. Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize mobile app performance, responsiveness, and resource utilization through techniques such as code optimization, memory management, and caching. Monitor app performance metrics and analytics to identify areas
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and encryption mechanisms to protect user data, sensitive information, and transactions within the mobile app. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
