VEHICLE CLEANING AGENT
Qualifications
- Male applicants
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in vehicle cleaning, detailing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results.
- Ability to identify and address cleaning needs and areas for improvement.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Responsibilities
- Exterior Cleaning: Wash and clean the exterior surfaces of vehicles using appropriate cleaning products, tools, and techniques. Remove dirt, grime, and debris from the body, windows, wheels, and tires to restore shine and enhance appearance.
- Interior Cleaning: Vacuum and clean the interior compartments of vehicles, including seats, carpets, floor mats, door panels, and dashboard. Wipe down surfaces, clean windows and mirrors, and remove dust, stains, and spills to ensure a clean
- Detailing: Perform detailing tasks to enhance the appearance and condition of vehicles, including waxing, polishing, and buffing exterior surfaces. Apply protectants to exterior trim, tires, and wheels to restore shine and protect against environment
- Stain Removal: Identify and treat stains, spills, and stubborn dirt on upholstery, carpets, and interior surfaces. Use appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to remove stains without damaging the material or finish.
- Odor Elimination: Address unpleasant odors inside vehicles by using deodorizing products and techniques to neutralize and eliminate odors caused by smoke, pets, food, or other sources.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment. Report any maintenance or repair needs for cleaning equipment and tools.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their needs and concerns regarding vehicle cleaning services. Provide assistance and answer questions about cleaning packages, pricing, and additional service
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Follow proper handling and disposal procedures for cleaning chemicals and waste materials.
