Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business results.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Expertise in digital marketing channels and tools, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
• Leadership qualities and team management experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals and target audience insights. Identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth to inform marketing strategies.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, events, and partnerships. Monitor campaign performance and analyze
