Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• You should have 80-90% of Arabic food to hired as a cook in Local Family
• You will be the one prepper all food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Preparing ingredients and cooking meals according to recipes, menus, or chef instructions.
• Cooking Techniques: Utilizing various cooking techniques such as grilling, frying, baking, roasting, sautéing, steaming, and boiling to prepare dishes.
• Menu Planning: Assisting with menu planning by suggesting dishes, contributing ideas for new menu items, and ensuring that ingredients are available.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies, and placing orders as needed to ensure sufficient stock.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards in terms of taste, appearance, and portion size.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other kitchen staff, such as chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to coordinate meal preparation and service.
• Time Management: Managing time effectively to ensure that meals are prepared and served on schedule, especially during busy periods.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by accommodating special requests, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Adaptability: Being able to work efficiently under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and multitask as needed in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Continuous Learning: Staying updated on culinary trends, techniques, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
