Quality Lead

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields is typically required. Specializations in disciplines relevant to the industry or sector can provide foundational knowledge and expertise.
• Extensive experience in quality management, with a proven track record in implementing, managing, and improving quality systems, processes, and initiatives. Experience in leading quality teams, conducting audits, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques. Familiarity with quality standards, regulations, compliance requirements, and industry-specific quality frameworks relevant to the specific industry, sector, or organization.

Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in quality management systems (QMS), quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and other quality-related processes and tools.
• Strong leadership abilities, team management skills, and interpersonal skills to lead, guide, mentor, and develop quality teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and alignment towards quality objectives and organizational goals.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to analyze data, identify trends, assess risks, and implement effective solutions to improve quality, optimize processes, and drive performance excellence.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with the capacity to convey complex quality-related information clearly, facilitate discussions, document activities, and build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• A strong commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence, with the ability to drive change, foster a culture of quality, and champion quality initiatives, best practices, and quality excellence across the organization.
