Qualifications

• Female applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent. Prefer candidates with additional training or experience in telecommunications.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential. Needs to interact professionally with callers, colleagues, and clients.
• Multitasking: Need to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously, so the ability to multitask is
  important.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail are essential when routing calls and taking messages accurately.
• Professional Demeanor: A professional appearance, demeanor, and attire are typically expected, as
  switchboard operators represent the company to callers and visitors

Responsibilities

• Call Routing: Determining the most appropriate destination for incoming calls based on the caller’s needs and the company’s call routing procedures.
• Outgoing Calls: Making outgoing calls on behalf of company personnel when requested, such as scheduling appointments or confirming appointments with clients.
• Customer Assistance: Assisting clients and callers by providing information, directions, and assistance, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
• Recording and Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate logs of incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining call records, and tracking call volumes and durations.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing.
