Omanfil International in partnership with OnSpec Solutions Inc. is currently looking for:

Service Technician Work Shift (John Deere)

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in complex service repairs and maintenance, specifically with John Deere equipment.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance using special tools and technical manuals.
• Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent (NC2) in a mechanical field (e.g., Heavy Equipment, Automotive) preferred.
• Knowledge of engines, hydraulics, powertrains, A/C, and mechanical/electrical systems in agricultural and turf equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities:

• Inspection, diagnosis, repair, and service of agricultural equipment with a commitment to customer support and pride in workmanship
• Applying the use of specialized tools, cutting edge technology, and innovative solutions to diagnose and complete complex repairs
• Performing preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on equipment and related components
• Maintaining current knowledge of John Deere agriculture products
• The ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions
• Participate in John Deere University training and dealer-led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities
