We’re hiring Mechanical Fitters with strong hands-on experience in machinery maintenance, repairs, and preventative servicing—especially those who’ve worked with hydraulics, pneumatics, and high-pressure systems.

MECHANICAL FITTER

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years’ experience as On oil-round Mechanical Fitter who is responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance programs as well as attending to breakdowns
• Essential Experience:
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of assembly, rebuilding, alignment and adjustment of components and machinery
  • Broad overall machinery knowledge
  • Knowledge of gearboxes, motors, bearings, conveyors and pumps
  • Have worked on machinery and equipment hydraulically and pneumatically controlled / mechanical Fitter trade qualification
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Able to read, write and communicate In English and read basic drawings, palls manuals and work orders
• Desirable Experience
  • Meat or food processing industry exposure
  • Working In a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Basic welding or machining skills
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test OUTS or PTE Academic)
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must possess a valid drivers license and drive a four-wheeled vehicle
