CONNECTIVITY CENTER AGENT

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Previous experience in customer service, hotel, hospitality, or guest relations is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Patient, empathetic, reliable, and able to remain professional under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Handle guest calls and provide accurate, professional, and satisfactory responses to inquiries and concerns.
• Listen actively to guests and understand their needs to provide appropriate assistance.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while consistently maintaining high service standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests through verbal and written communication.
• Maintain a patient, friendly, and empathetic attitude when assisting guests.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple guest requests.
• Follow company procedures and service standards to ensure a positive guest experience.
