Public Attendant – Facility Housekeeping

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female applicants.
  • Diploma, High School graduate, or holder of a Field Training Certificate.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning, preferably in hospitals, restaurants, catering facilities, or 5-star hotels.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety practices.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain assigned areas in accordance with the company’s housekeeping procedures, cleaning manual, and quality standards.
  • Perform routine cleaning of offices, public areas, corridors, restrooms, cafeterias, workstations, and other assigned facility areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation are consistently maintained throughout the facility.
  • Properly use, handle, and maintain cleaning chemicals, housekeeping equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Complete assigned work orders efficiently while meeting company productivity and quality requirements.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, incidents, damages, or additional cleaning requirements to the Assistant Team Leader.
  • Organize and maintain housekeeping carts, tools, equipment, and storage areas after each shift.
  • Follow safe cleaning procedures by placing warning signs, barriers, and safety notices during housekeeping activities.
  • Handle waste collection and disposal in accordance with company environmental and hygiene policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, workplace safety, security, cybersecurity, and Saudi Labor Law requirements.
  • Support periodic deep-cleaning and special housekeeping assignments when required.
  • Maintain professional behavior and cooperate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
  • Perform other housekeeping and facility support duties assigned by management.
