Machine Operator / Sterilization Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience as a Machine Operator, Sterilization Operator, or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to accept constructive criticism and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain industrial production and sterilization machinery.
• Operate equipment that heats and processes metal materials through dies to produce components according to specifications.
• Perform metal shaping operations using industrial machinery that applies high compressive force to manufacture durable parts.
• Apply protective, decorative, or functional finishes to metal components, including paint, powder coating, or other surface treatment processes.
• Inspect machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.
• Perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
• Follow production schedules, operating procedures, and quality control standards.
• Observe all workplace safety, hygiene, and company regulations while operating machinery.
• Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
