Dazaz Sugar Company is seeking a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Manager to oversee mechanical maintenance operations, ensure the reliability and efficiency of production equipment, manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and support safe and continuous plant operations.

Mechanical Maintenance Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance management or a related field.
• Experience in maintenance, production, planning, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or PLC operations.
• Strong knowledge of production equipment, industrial machinery, and maintenance procedures.
• Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical and equipment-related issues.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and maintenance regulations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance activities with production and engineering departments.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise all mechanical maintenance activities within the facility.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for production equipment.
• Monitor machinery performance and ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and coordinate repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Oversee maintenance of pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance work with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Manage maintenance personnel, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical maintenance materials.
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare maintenance reports, equipment records, and performance evaluations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant productivity and equipment performance.
