Dazaz Sugar Company is seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations, ensure the reliability of production equipment, manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and support safe and efficient plant operations.

Maintenance Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance management or a related field.
  • Experience in maintenance, production, planning, electrical systems, automation, or PLC operations.
  • Strong knowledge of production machinery, industrial equipment, and maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
  • Understanding of workplace safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with production, engineering, and maintenance teams.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily maintenance activities across plant operations.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure maximum operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, and production equipment issues.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with company policies and safety standards.
  • Manage maintenance personnel, contractors, and technical service providers.
  • Oversee spare parts inventory and maintenance resource planning.
  • Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, equipment records, and performance metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
