CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or any related field preferred.
- With 5–12 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multifamily and hospitality projects.
- Experience in delivering hotels, apartments, mixed-use, or branded hospitality developments.
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling tools, construction contracts, and permitting processes.
- Familiarity with hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Primavera or Microsoft Project is required.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Manage construction contracts, project documentation, and permitting requirements.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee quality control and ensure construction work meets required standards.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
