Saudi Arabian Kentz Co. Ltd is seeking experienced and safety-oriented Oil and Gas Field Machine Operators (Flatbed) for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting, loading, securing, and handling materials and equipment within oil & gas, refinery, and industrial project sites while ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
OIL AND GAS FIELD MACHINE OPERATOR (FLATBED)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Candidates must be at least High School graduates.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in flatbed operations, heavy transport, or machine operation.
- Experience in oil & gas, refineries, energy, or utilities industries is a strong advantage.
- Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
- Must possess valid proof of experience such as COE, employment certificates, project records, or related documents.
- Strong knowledge of cargo securing procedures using chains, straps, binders, and tarps.
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, or self-loading Moffetts.
- Ability to conduct vehicle and equipment inspections according to safety regulations.
- Physically fit and ready for deployment requirements.
- Strong awareness of workplace safety procedures and operational compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Operate flatbed trucks and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently within project and industrial sites.
- Load, balance, and secure cargo using chains, straps, binders, and tarps to prevent shifting or weather damage during transport.
- Conduct mandatory pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, tires, brakes, tie-downs, and safety equipment.
- Operate forklifts, cranes, or other loading equipment for material handling and cargo movement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, transport regulations, and company operational procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors, logistics teams, and project personnel regarding cargo schedules and delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, inspection reports, and cargo documentation.
- Monitor cargo condition and ensure safe loading and unloading operations at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental policies within oil & gas project sites.
