Consolidated Contractors Group S.A.L (Offshore) (CCC) is seeking experienced QC Inspectors specializing in steel structural work for Oil & Gas construction projects in Qatar. The role is open to both former CCC employees and external candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on inspection experience, and the ability to ensure compliance with project standards.
QC INSPECTOR STEEL STRUCTURAL
Qualifications:
- Male applicants preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Oil & Gas construction projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of steel structural fabrication, welding, and inspection techniques
- Strong understanding of quality standards, codes, and safety requirements
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of steel structures according to project specifications, codes, and standards
- Review and verify welding, fabrication, and assembly works
- Ensure compliance with safety, engineering, and quality standards on-site
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, documentation, and records
- Collaborate with construction teams to resolve quality issues
- Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Communicate findings to project management and engineering teams
