PASSER SIDC GROUP is seeking experienced and skilled Welders specializing in FCAW to join our team in Lithuania. The ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in heavy fabrication, and the ability to work with international welding standards.

Welder FCAW

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Technical School or Vocational Education in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy fabrication
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, FCAW, and SMAW welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and WPS
• Holder of EN/ISO Welding Certification
• Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and reliable

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding using MIG, TIG, FCAW, and SMAW techniques
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
• Ensure welding work meets quality and safety standards
• Conduct inspections of welded joints and repair defects as necessary
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
