PRODUCTION PLANNER
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- National Diploma in Food Science is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of Industrial Relations (IR), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and HACCP verification standards.
- Knowledge of food safety and security audits.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage production planning efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet operational targets and deadlines.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize workflow and resources.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, security, and quality standards including HACCP verification procedures.
- Conduct audits and maintain records to verify adherence to OHS and IR regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and production outputs to avoid shortages or overproduction.
- Lead and support the production team through effective communication, planning, and problem-solving.
