Assembly Operator

Qualifications:

• Ages 21–35 years old
• At least 1 year of work experience in a factory or assembly role
• Good eyesight and manual dexterity to handle small components and cables
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Willingness to work a 4-shift schedule:
  • 2 days (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM), 2 days off
  • 2 nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), 2 days off
• Preferably currently employed as an assembler, with no more than 6 months of work gap
• No minimum height requirement

Responsibilities:

• Assemble small components and cables according to specifications
• Inspect and test assembled products to ensure quality standards
• Follow production instructions and maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any defects or issues to supervisors promptly
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations in the factory
