Panel Beater (LATERO)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years full-time experience in panel beating or smash repair
- Must have at least 1 year college education (1st & 2nd semester completed) or Senior High School graduate
- Strong skills in smash repair work
- Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) skills is a big advantage
- Willing to undergo skills assessment if required
- Must have complete and verifiable supporting documents
- Skilled, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Willing to work abroad
Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle panel beating and smash repair works
- Repair and restore damaged vehicle body panels to manufacturer standards
- Remove dents, reshape panels, and perform structural repairs
- Use specialized tools and equipment for body repair and finishing
- Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance
- Perform paint preparation support works when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop
