AIRLINE / RAMP AGENT

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in airport ground handling or similar role.
  • Graduate of a four-year undergraduate program.
  • Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 70 pounds (32 kg) frequently
  • Familiarity with ground support equipment operation is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to safety, security, and operational protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail between aircraft and terminals.
  • Operate ground support equipment (GSE) including tugs, belt loaders, conveyor belts, and fueling trucks.
  • Guide aircraft to gates using proper marshaling techniques.
  • Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized ramp area at all times.
  • Assist in timely and accurate handling of cargo and luggage to ensure flight schedules are maintained.
