Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury or 5-star hotel, palace, or VIP setting (Middle East experience is an advantage).
- A graduate of Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Certification in Butler Service or Hospitality Training (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Delivers exceptional, personalized service to VIP and high-profile guests in a luxury hotel environment. This role involves anticipating guest needs, attending to special requests, and delivering
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests, including in-room check-in and orientation.
- Deliver personalized butler services such as unpacking/packing, wardrobe management, shoe care, and pressing.
- Coordinate all guest requests, including dining reservations, spa bookings, transportation, and special occasions (e.g., celebrations, VIP arrangements).
- Serve food and beverages in-suite following fine dining and luxury service standards.
- Liaise closely with housekeeping, front office, concierge, and F&B teams to ensure seamless and discreet service.
- Maintain detailed guest preference records to ensure repeat guests receive customized experiences.
- Ensure suites and villas are prepared to the highest luxury standards at all times.
- Handle VIP guests, royalty, and high-net-worth individuals with utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Anticipate guest needs proactively and resolve any concerns immediately.
- Uphold cultural sensitivity and respect local customs and traditions in the Middle East.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
- Employment certificates
- NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
- PEOS certificate
