SMT OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, 20–35 years old
• Height: 153–180 cm
• Weight: Within normal BMI range
• At least a vocational graduate
• Recent graduates (within 2 years) must have a science or engineering background if no factory experience
• For non-recent graduates, must have factory experience within the past 3 years
• Familiarity with electronic components, especially PCBA processes, is an advantage
• Training, certifications, or experience in hand soldering is preferred
• Experience as a production line leader is an advantage
• No large tattoos

Responsibilities:

• Follow product SOPs and perform operations in compliance with established procedures
• Adhere to 6S standards and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Monitor production processes and immediately address any abnormalities
• Ensure quality standards are met to improve efficiency and output
• Coordinate with team members to support flexible production scheduling
• Complete assigned production tasks and responsibilities from supervisors
• Assist in maintaining smooth workflow across production lines
