Crystal Offshore Middle East is looking for a responsible and experienced Bus Driver to transport personnel safely and efficiently between project sites, accommodations, and other designated locations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and safe transportation while adhering to traffic laws and company safety standards.

Bus Driver

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a bus or heavy vehicle driver
• Valid driving license for passenger vehicles (Bus/Heavy Vehicle License preferred)
• Good knowledge of UAE traffic rules and regulations
• Safe driving record and good judgment in handling road situations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Middle East experience is an advantage
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Physically fit and able to drive long hours safely
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible
• Ability to work under schedule pressures and adapt to changing routes

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company buses to transport staff to and from project sites and accommodations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus and report any maintenance issues
• Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting safely
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage
• Report any incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions promptly to the supervisor
