Crystal Offshore Middle East is seeking a skilled Rigger to support lifting, hoisting, and material handling operations on offshore, oil & gas, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that rigging tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Rigger

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Rigger in oil & gas, offshore, or construction projects
• High School Graduate or Vocational/Technical course in Rigging, Mechanical, or Offshore Operations
• Relevant certifications (TESDA, NCCCO, trade test, or international rigging certifications) are preferred
• Knowledge of rigging techniques, lifting equipment, and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret lifting plans and technical instructions
• Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented attitude
• Middle East experience is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to work at heights or in challenging environments
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up rigging equipment for lifting operations
• Attach loads to hoisting machinery using slings, chains, and ropes
• Ensure all rigging and lifting activities comply with safety regulations and project standards
• Inspect rigging equipment and report any defects or malfunctions
• Collaborate with crane operators, supervisors, and other team members
• Guide and direct the movement of loads to ensure safe handling
• Maintain accurate records of rigging activities and inspections
• Assist in dismantling and storage of rigging equipment after use
