Job Vacancy: Rigging & Lifting Supervisor

Crystal Offshore Middle East is looking for an experienced Rigging & Lifting Supervisor to oversee all rigging, lifting, and hoisting operations on offshore, oil & gas, and construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all lifting operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry standards.
Rigging & Lifting Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rigging and lifting operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- High School Graduate or Vocational/Technical course in Mechanical, Rigging, or Offshore Operations
- Relevant certifications in rigging, lifting, or safety (e.g., NCCCO, IRATA, TESDA)
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, lifting equipment, and safety procedures
- Experience in offshore, oil & gas, or heavy construction projects
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Middle East experience is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding offshore or construction environments
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all rigging, lifting, and hoisting activities on-site
- Plan and organize lifting operations, including manpower, equipment, and rigging materials
- Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, lifting plans, and project specifications
- Conduct inspections of lifting equipment and rigging gear before use
- Monitor and evaluate work progress, addressing issues promptly
- Provide guidance and support to rigging and lifting teams
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments
- Maintain records of lifting operations, inspections, and safety compliance
