Crystal Offshore Middle East is seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Foreman to supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site. The ideal candidate will lead a team in executing installation, maintenance, and repair activities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in oil & gas, offshore, or construction projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in mechanical works within oil & gas, offshore, or construction projects
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational/Technical course in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications or training are an advantage
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures
• Middle East experience is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee daily mechanical activities on-site
• Lead and coordinate a team of mechanical technicians and workers
• Ensure all mechanical works are carried out according to project specifications and safety standards
• Plan work schedules and allocate manpower effectively
• Inspect mechanical installations, equipment, and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on-site
• Monitor progress and report to project supervisors or managers
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
