Crystal Offshore Middle East is looking for skilled and safety-conscious Scaffolders to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves assembling, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures to support offshore, oil & gas, and construction operations while ensuring strict compliance with safety standards.
PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within oil & gas, offshore, or construction projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards and site operations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Middle East experience is an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications or training in project supervision or safety is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management
- Allocate tasks and ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources
- Conduct site inspections and address any issues or delays
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on site
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
