QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety roles, preferably in export-oriented food manufacturing
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience implementing GFSI-standard certifications (SQF, FSSC 22000, or BRCGS)
• Experience leading teams in emerging or resource-limited environments
• Strong background in building or improving Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Experience leading audits and ensuring compliance
• Knowledge of digital QA systems or ERP integration is an advantage
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with international food safety standards (e.g., SQF, FSSC 22000, BRCGS)
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
• Oversee quality control processes across production operations
• Manage and mentor QA teams, ensuring continuous improvement
• Identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with production and management teams to maintain product quality
• Support integration of digital QA systems or ERP platforms
