OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Steel Fabrication & HVACR Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing and installation operations. The successful candidate will lead steel fabrication processes, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
At least 10 years of experience in HVACR, steel fabrication, or electrical installation industries
Proficiency in CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and ERP systems
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Skilled in budgeting, financial analysis, and operational planning
With valid driver’s license (Class 1 or Class 6 preferred) and ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles

Responsibilities:

Oversee steel fabrication processes including CNC machining, laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly
Supervise steel fabricators, welders, pipers, and electricians to ensure high-quality output and efficiency
Ensure production schedules align with project timelines and client expectations
Manage HVACR and steel installation teams to ensure timely, safe, and quality project delivery
Coordinate logistics, site readiness, and resource allocation
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to meet project goals
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including machinists, fabricators, welders, pipers, electricians, installers, and project managers
Monitor project budgets, perform financial analysis, and support data-driven decision-making
