Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the same role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/Tourism Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a casual restaurant or resto-bar setting
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and health regulations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant/bar to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Enforce service standards, safety procedures, and company policies
- Handle customer concerns and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and control food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- Support sales growth through promotions, upselling, and maintaining quality service
- Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling practices in accordance with standards
