Hyundai Engineering & Construction Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Welding Foreman to lead welding operations on construction projects. The successful candidate will supervise welding teams, ensure quality standards, and coordinate activities to meet project schedules.

WELDING FOREMAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding supervision or foreman roles
• Previous experience in construction, preferably in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of welding processes, codes, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding procedures
• Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• ARAMCO certification is an advantage for projects requiring QC compliance

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead welding teams on-site
• Monitor welding activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, codes, and standards
• Inspect welds and ensure quality assurance and safety standards are met
• Coordinate with project engineers and supervisors to meet deadlines
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper storage and handling of materials
• Train and mentor team members on welding techniques and safety practices
• Prepare reports on progress, quality, and safety issues
