SPRAY PAINTER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Spray Painter.
• At least 2 years of aircraft painting experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required.
• Skilled in surface preparation and spray painting techniques.
• Knowledge of HVLP spray systems and painting tools.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform spray painting using HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) guns and paint pots.
• Prepare metal or composite surfaces by filling, sanding, cleaning, and masking prior to painting.
• Conduct vapour degreasing and masking processes to ensure proper surface preparation.
• Apply coatings evenly and accurately to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
