PRODUCTION MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage production, specifically with liquid fillers, pasteurizers, and homogenizers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Engineering, Production Management, or similar).
  Strong leadership skills with experience in managing production teams.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control, equipment maintenance, and production processes in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations and industry compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in the food and beverage production facility, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production processes.
• Supervise and manage the operation of liquid fillers, pasteurizers, and homogenizers, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Ensure that all production processes comply with food safety standards and meet quality control regulations.
• Lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Continuously analyze production data to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain, to improve overall production efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot any machinery or equipment issues to prevent production delays.
• Ensure that all production activities are properly documented and that reports are maintained for output, quality assurance, and machinery performance.
• Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and industry regulations.
