SAKURAI SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience operating Sakurai screen printing machines or similar screen printing equipment.
• Knowledge of screen preparation, ink mixing, and color matching.
• Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Sakurai printing machines to maintain high-quality output.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in printing machines.
• Familiarity with safety standards and printing industry regulations.
• Good English communication skills to follow instructions and maintain logs.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Sakurai screen printing machines for various printing jobs.
• Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance during printing to ensure quality, registration, and color consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to prevent machine downtime.
• Inspect printed materials for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Record production data, including output, machine settings, and material usage.
• Follow safety protocols while handling inks, chemicals, and machinery.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Report any machine malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues promptly.
  Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
