FOCUSIGHT MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Focusight Machine Operator or in a similar role, preferably in a printing or manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in operating, setting up, and maintaining Focusight machines or similar precision equipment.
• Good understanding of the operating procedures for machines involved in the focus alignment, printing alignment, and cutting processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot, adjust settings, and calibrate machines to meet production specifications.
• Solid technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems used in Focusight machines.
• Familiarity with safety standards and the ability to operate machines in a safe and efficient manner.
• Good English communication skills for interpreting manuals, safety guidelines, and interacting with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor Focusight machines to ensure that they are producing products according to specifications.
• Perform regular machine calibrations and adjustments to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Conduct routine checks on the machines to detect any malfunctions or issues and promptly correct them to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance during production and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent product quality.
• Inspect products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain logs and records for machine operations, including production rates, material usage, and machine maintenance.
• Assist in performing preventive maintenance on the Focusight machine, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Collaborate with other machine operators, technicians, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals.
• Report any machine malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials used in the machine to avoid damage or contamination.
