ROTARY DIE CUTTING OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in operating rotary die cutting machines in a printing environment.
• Knowledge of rotary die cutting principles and operations.
• Ability to set up, operate, and maintain rotary die cutting machines.
• Experience in adjusting and troubleshooting machinery during the production process.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate cutting of materials.
• Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate rotary die cutting machines for various printing and finishing tasks.
• Ensure proper machine adjustments for accurate cutting, scoring, and perforating.
• Monitor the quality of cuts and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on rotary die cutting machines.
• Ensure proper alignment and positioning of the materials before cutting.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety standards.
• Collaborate with other operators and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient machine operation.
