CASE MAKER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in case making, preferably in a printing or packaging environment.
• Skilled in the use of case-making machines and hand tools.
• Knowledge of materials such as cardboard, paperboard, and specialty papers.
• Experience with the production of hardcover books, packaging, and custom cases.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings.
• Basic English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate case-making machines for various production runs.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials such as cardboard and paperboard for case construction.
• Assemble and glue cases, ensuring proper alignment and sealing.
• Perform quality control checks on the finished cases, ensuring they meet specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance on case-making equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to case-making machinery or materials.
• Keep accurate records of production runs, material usage, and machine performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
