WEB OFFSET ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in web offset printing or a related printing environment.
- Familiarity with web offset machines and basic operational procedures.
- Basic knowledge of prepress, color management, and print quality standards.
- Physically fit and able to assist in production tasks.
- Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist web offset machine operators in daily production tasks.
- Prepare and load printing materials such as paper, inks, and plates.
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues or deviations to the operator.
- Help in maintaining print quality by checking alignment, colors, and registration.
- Perform basic cleaning, maintenance, and lubrication of printing equipment.
- Ensure safe handling of materials and adherence to workplace safety standards.
- Maintain accurate production logs and records.
- Support smooth workflow between prepress, printing, and finishing departments.
