WEB OFFSET ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in web offset printing or a related printing environment.
• Familiarity with web offset machines and basic operational procedures.
• Basic knowledge of prepress, color management, and print quality standards.
• Physically fit and able to assist in production tasks.
• Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist web offset machine operators in daily production tasks.
• Prepare and load printing materials such as paper, inks, and plates.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues or deviations to the operator.
• Help in maintaining print quality by checking alignment, colors, and registration.
• Perform basic cleaning, maintenance, and lubrication of printing equipment.
• Ensure safe handling of materials and adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Maintain accurate production logs and records.
• Support smooth workflow between prepress, printing, and finishing departments.
