Foreman – Corrugation

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.’
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in corrugation operations or printing production supervision.
• Strong knowledge of corrugation machines, processes, and production workflow.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate corrugation machine operations and production staff.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate basic maintenance with technicians.
• Implement and enforce workplace safety procedures and best practices.
• Train and mentor machine operators and production staff.
• Maintain production logs, reports, and records of materials, output, and operational issues.
• Liaise with other departments (quality control, maintenance, and warehouse) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
