SUPERVISOR (PRINTING AND FINISHING)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Minimum of 23 years experience in printing and finishing operations, preferably in offset, digital, or corrugated printing.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, finishing techniques, and production workflow.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and coordinate production activities.
• Good communication skills and basic proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate printing and finishing operations, ensuring smooth production flow.
• Monitor production quality, machine performance, and operator efficiency.
• Troubleshoot printing and finishing machine issues and coordinate minor maintenance.
• Train and mentor operators in correct operational and safety procedures.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and records.
• Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and good manufacturing practices in the production area.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high product quality.
