PRESS MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

Preferably male applicants, aged 2033 years old.

Minimum height of 160 cm and above.

Must not be overweight.

At least 2-year college graduate or higher is an advantage.

Not open for ex-Taiwan workers.

Must have normal color vision (no color blindness).

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor press machines used in the production of metal components and fasteners.

Set up machines by installing dies, molds, and materials according to production requirements.

Perform metal forming, stamping, or pressing operations based on specifications.

Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, dimensions, and quality standards are met.

Conduct routine machine checks, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following safety protocols and procedures.

Record production output and report any defects or machine issues.

Assist in preventive maintenance of press machines and related equipment.
